The Process
Analyze Current Process
MCP reviews current process, data, solutions, and citizen engagement.
Implement Best Practice
Once current process is analyzed, MCP will recommend best practices for lifecycle management: Inspections, Work Orders, Budgeting, Level of Service, Risk, and Citizen Engagement.
Receive Ongoing Support
MCP will help members maintain up to date data, suggestions on continuous improvement for municipal operations, and most importantly make sure members remain compliant with government regulations.
